For a small monthly fee Kings Computers can check up on your computer daily to ensure the essentials are running properly. Instead of discovering a problem at a critical moment, managed services can keep things running smoothly every day. This provides you with services such as monitored Backup of your personal files, Anti-Virus checks, Security Patches and Application Patches.
Charges :-
- User setup fee per device $80/device {one off}
- User monthly fee per device (Plan A) $15/month
- User monthly fee per device (Plan B) $30/month
- Plan A includes Patch Management, Automated Daily Monitoring, Remote Access, Anti-virus Monitoring.
- Plan B includes everything from Plan A plus adds Off-site Backups & Recovery (large amounts of user data may result in higher fees being charged for backups).
- Supports – Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8.x & 10 Laptop, Desktop, All-in-One & NUC.
